Fellow Republicans,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of Dr. Joseph Bondi, the father of our Attorney General, Pam Bondi.

Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.  Below is a statement that the Attorney General sent out, that I thought you’d appreciate reading:

“My beautiful Daddy went to Heaven yesterday. He was surrounded by all his family. He fought a great fight with Leukemia. Thanks for all of your prayers and support. We are so heartbroken but comforted to know he is with our Lord. Please continue to pray for my family during this most difficult time in our lives.”
