Cindy Graves is the president of the Florida Federation of Republican Women and the State Committeewoman of Duval County.
In 2012, the members of the rebranded FFRW “Politics is Women’s Work” will be busily engaged in the process including launching their new initiatives: Women to Watch and Women-to-Watch-Out-For. Cindy and other leading women have also created the “Florida Women’s DC Project” to engage Republican, Independent and disenfranchised Democrat women in the fight for the White House.
Cindy’s recent political highlights include: Chair RPOF Grassroots Fund Raising Committee, Vice Chair RPOF 4th Congressional Caucus elected January 2011, Women for Marco Rubio Statewide Chair; Finance Committee Pam Bondi for Attorney General and Chair 2012 RPOF Small Donor Committee. She has developed many of FFRW’s successful programs including communications and legislative advocacy and through fund raising which brought the organization from less than $3,000 operating capital to $100,000 in 4 years.
In 2008 led by RNC Co-chair Sharon Day, Cindy was part of the team of women who built the nation’s largest coalition in the election cycle logging over a million women-to-women calls. Her outspoken political views have landed her on radio and television shows coast to coast including the national FOX News Morning Show for what became known as the Oprah Boycott.
Prior to her present life in politics, Cindy’s professional career virtually spanned the spectrum of publishing and marketing representing the publishing projects of such organizations as: The Miss America Organization, The New York Yankees and The Chicago Bulls.
Cindy and Bobby are the proud parents of four Republicans. She home schools her youngest son. They live in the Jacksonville and enjoy fishing, hunting, cooking, the beach and of course, retiring Democrats. Cindy is the author of two self published books: Culinary Anthology of a Servant-less Cook and Mom and A Life Outdoors – a Stunning Essay of Wildlife and Peaceful Places. A lifelong children’s advocate, Cindy has been instrumental in passing legislation such as mandatory minimums for pedophiles through the Florida Legislature.
